Research

We are a multidisciplinary team working at the interface of material science, printed electronics, sensors, applied physics, robotics and interactive systems. Our research spans from the synthesis of nanostructures and goes all the way to the development of innovative systems (e.g. electronic or tactile skin) on large area, flexible and non-conventional substrates. We have developed various types of sensors, energy devices, and printed circuits using different materials (including green materials), resource-efficient fabrication processes and system integration (incl. Heterogeneous) to propel advances in robotics, wearables, interactive systems, Industry 5.0 and beyond.
